Flower care

At Bloom Notes, we source the freshest flowers possible for every arrangement. To help them last longer follow the tips below.

  • Cut the stems:Use sharp scissors or clippers to make a clean cut at a 45-degree angle.Cutting on an angle increases the surface area for water absorption.
  • Water: Change/add water every two days if possible.
  • Keep them cool: Place the flowers in a cool place away from direct sunlight or heat.
  • Maintain them: Check on the flowers regularly and remove any wilted or dying blooms. 

Return Policy

We do not accept returns on flowers, and other perisable items.

However, if you are not satisfied with your flowers, please contact us via email within 24 hours of delivery. Kindly provide details and any photos of the issue, and we will assess whether there has been a quality concern.

Delivery Info

  • Sent with Royal Mail. Delivery notifications are sent via email from the courier on day of dispatch.
  • Next-day delivery is available Monday to Saturday. Simply place your order before 1pm for tracked delivery the next day.
  • While 91% likely to get there on your chosen day, Royal Mail deliveries may arrive late.
